Kabupaten Mamberamo Raya adalah salah satu kabupaten di Provinsi Papua, daerah Indonesia Timur yang sangat potensial dan kaya akan ke-eksotisan pemandangan maupun kekayaan sumber daya alamnya. Kunjungan ini adalah suatu bentuk untuk menjalin silaturahmi antara Pemerintah Daerah Mamberamo dan Pemerintah D.I. Yogyakarta khususnya Kabupaten Sleman yang diwadahi oleh Universitas Proklamasi 45 sebagai perguruan tinggi yang mempunyai jumlah mahasiswa asal Papua terbesar (sekira 30 \u2013 40 %) di Yogyakarta.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:justify\"><span style=\"font-size:14px\">Acara kunjungan ini dikemas dalam bentuk workshop, temu wicara, dan sharing visi-misi mengenai usaha-usaha dalam pembangunan daerah unggulan dengan melibatkan mahasiswa sebagai upaya menyiapkan generasi SDM berkarakter pejuang. Antara PEMDA Sleman, DPRD D.I. Yogyakarta, dan Universitas Proklamasi 45 Yogyakarta. Secara khusus, workshop tersebut bertujuan untuk membangun kapasitas <em>(Capacity Building)<\/em> antara pelaku usaha, akademisi, dan para mahasiswa untuk menyiapkan kualitas diri dengan pengetahuan <em>soft skill<\/em> yang mumpuni agar setelah menyelesaikan studinya dan kembali ke daerah akan menjadi ambassador (agen perubahan) di lingkungan keluarga, daerah, bangsa dan negara, serta ikut berpartisipasi aktif dalam pembangunan daerah yang disesuaikan dengan bidang dan keahliannya.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:justify\"><span style=\"font-size:14px\">Workshop dimulai pada pukul 08.00 WIB bertempat di ruang seminar UP45. Sambutan dan ucapan selamat datang dari rektor&nbsp;UP45 Bapak Ir Bambang Irjanto, MBA, disusul sambutan dari PEMDA Sleman sekaligus Sesi inspirasi dan motivasi mengenai karir dipemerintahan, kiat \u2013 kiat keberhasilan dalam menempuh studi, meniti karir, baik sebagai karyawan swasta, maupun sebagai pegawai pemerintah. Bupati Mamberamo, Bapak Dorinus Dasinapa memberikan&nbsp;dukungan moril dan materiil bagi warga Papua yag ada di D.I. Yogyakarta umumnya, serta mahasiswa Universitas Proklamasi 45 Yogyakarta dari Mamberamo secara khusus, sebagai inisiasi mahasiswa di Yogyakarta yang berfokus pada pembangunan kapasitas individu maupun komunitas untuk membangun daerah asal. Acara workshop ditutup dengan penandatanganan MoU dan esi foto bersama.
